Dittmer's smoked turkeys are smoked in-house for over 8 hours. Our unique smoking process brings out flavors of maple and hickory. 

Smoked turkeys are a great hassle-free option, as they are already fully cooked and seasoned. 

FAQ:

1. What size should I order?
We recommend ordering 1 pound per person. For example, if you have 15 people you should order a medium (14-16 lbs)

2. How long does a smoked turkey take to cook?
Smoked turkeys are already fully cooked, so it's really about heating it all the way through. We suggest 10 minutes be pound at 325 F. For optimal flavor, put some apple or pineapple juice at the bottom of the pan and tent the turkey with aluminum foil.
