1. What size should I order?
For a fresh turkey, we suggest ordering 1 pound per person. For example, if you have 12 people we suggest ordering a medium turkey (12-14 lbs).
P.S. - You might want some leftovers. Perhaps a turkey cranberry sandwich the next day!
2. How long does it take to cook?
We will have printed instructions on the box when you pick up. However, cooking times can be found below. If you are not planning on stuffing your turkey take 30 minutes off.
